The outside is complete except for the gutters and some cleanup work in the yard.  The tile work is finished in the kitchen and baths.  The counter tops, vanities, light fixtures, bath fixtures are installed.  The painting and first stain coat on the hardwood floors is completed.

Carpet and some touch up work is all that remains.

Move in date:  May 30, 2008!!!!

The brick, outside trim and accent stone completed.  The driveway, sidewalk, front porch and patio will be poured this week.  Outside lighting and gutters will be added soon.  The garage door arrives this week.  Inside: the painting and trim work is almost finished; the stain is on the hardwood floors; most of the bathroom fixtures are in.  Coming soon on the inside: carpet, counter tops, hardware, lighting, all the tile work and appliances.  Completion date:  late May.

The brick work is done.  The lot has been graded and cleaned up.  The exterior trim work is done.  The drywall is up and the interior trim work is in but not all painted.  What is next?  Kitchen cabinets will be installed next week.  The concrete work (driveway, sidewalks, porch) will be poured soon.  Interior painting, countertops, tile work, hardwood floor staining, plumbing fixtures/faucets/countertops will all happen in the next several weeks.  Move in date....late spring to early summer.

The brick work will be done by 02/10.  The dry wall is stacked inside the house and dry wall work should begin by 02/11 and will take 2-3 weeks.  Landscapers have been interviewed and arrangements for the propane tank have been made. 

The shingles are on.  All the windows and doors are in.  The brick has arrived and the bricking will begin next week.  The hardwood floors are in but not stained.  Dry wall should begin soon.

The shingles will go on next week.  Brick work will start the week of the 18th and take about 2-3 weeks to complete.  Plumbing and electrical work has started.  The heat pump has been installed.  All windows and doors should be in by the 18th.  Hardwood floors will be installed as soon as the windows and doors are in.

Things are looking very good.  Framing is nearly complete and we will be installing some windows before the week is over.  After framing is complete, the next thing will be to start the plumbing, electrical, and heat/AC work. 

I am sending you some pictures I took right before Thanksgiving that show your foundation and the guys were working on the French Drain.  The drain is now complete and we will be pouring the concrete slab for your garage floor tomorrow.  We plan to start framing by the end of the week (once the framer is available). 
I have some of your selection info complete, other parts are still trickling in.  Today I am sending you the plumbing and the appliances.  It sounds like all your floor covering will work out to be very near the allowance and you should not have any overage there.  The lighting, door hardware, cabinets, and a couple of other things I should have in soon.  I have the drawings for the cabinets already, but have not received a price yet.  I'll let you know as soon as I get that.
